Terms and Conditions – betpkr 8 Official Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the betpkr 8 platform, accessible at betpkr8.ws. By accessing the platform and creating an account, you enter into a binding agreement with betpkr 8. These Terms are written in plain English and are intended to be clear and straightforward for Pakistani users. Where any ambiguity exists, betpkr 8 will interpret the term in the most fair and reasonable manner consistent with the overall intent of the document.

betpkr 8 operates an online betting and casino platform offering sports betting, cricket betting, live casino games, jackpot slots, roulette, baccarat, and related promotional services. The platform is designed for the Pakistani market and operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms are governed by applicable law. betpkr 8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of betpkr 8 after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use betpkr 8, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

betpkr 8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, betpkr 8 may suspend your account and withhold withdrawals pending resolution. This process is described further in the Security and Verification section below.

Each individual may hold only one betpkr 8 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates may be closed and balances forfeited without notice.

You are responsible for keeping your betpkr 8 login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. betpkr 8 will never ask for your full password by email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact support immediately at support@betpkr8.ws.

You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account, including all bets placed and all withdrawals made. If you believe fraudulent activity has occurred on your account, report it to betpkr 8 support as soon as possible. betpkr 8 will investigate reports of unauthorised account access but cannot guarantee the reversal of transactions that took place before the report was made.

betpkr 8 reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without notice, if a breach of these Terms is detected or suspected. In cases of confirmed fraud or misuse, account balances may be forfeited. In all other cases, any cleared and withdrawable balance at the time of account closure will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

betpkr 8 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The platform does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges for transactions. betpkr 8 is not responsible for any charges applied by third-party payment providers.

Accepted deposit methods currently available on betpkr 8 include:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits, typically credited within seconds
• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits, typically credited within seconds
• NayaPay — digital wallet, credited within minutes
• SadaPay — digital wallet, credited within minutes
• IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer) — bank-to-bank transfer, credited within 30 minutes during banking hours
• Visa / Mastercard — debit or credit card, credited within a few minutes

The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Your account dashboard will display the applicable limits at the time of deposit.

All funds deposited into your betpkr 8 account must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to third parties is not permitted and may result in account suspension. betpkr 8 does not accept deposits from business accounts, prepaid cards without registered ownership, or anonymous payment sources.

Withdrawals from betpkr 8 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. You cannot withdraw to a payment method that has not been used to fund your betpkr 8 account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect account security.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Processing times are as follows:

Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. The withdrawable balance displayed in your betpkr 8 account reflects only funds eligible for withdrawal at that moment. Attempting to withdraw locked bonus funds will result in those funds being removed and the remainder processed.

All bets placed on betpkr 8 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section. Additional rules may apply to specific sports or event types and are accessible within the relevant betting section of the platform.

Bet placement: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number and the stake is deducted from your betpkr 8 balance. If the platform encounters an error during placement — for example, a temporary connection issue — no bet is recorded and no stake is deducted. Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Odds at placement: The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. betpkr 8 uses fractional and decimal odds depending on the market. In-play odds update in real time; by placing a bet, you accept the odds shown at the moment of confirmation — not the odds that were displayed before you clicked.

Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as declared by the governing body. For cricket, the official result is as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the Pakistan Super League (PSL) management, as applicable. betpkr 8 reserves the right to settle or void bets in accordance with industry-standard settlement rules where official results are disputed, delayed, or subject to reversal.

• Abandoned / rained off matches: If a match is abandoned without a result, pre-match bets are voided and stakes refunded. Bets already settled on in-play markets before abandonment stand.
• DLS method: If a cricket match is completed using the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, total runs markets are settled on the DLS-adjusted target where applicable. Match winner bets are settled on the official result.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void at betpkr 8's discretion in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or events that fall outside the scope of the original market definition.
• Accumulator / parlay bets: All legs of an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. A voided leg reduces the accumulator to the remaining legs and recalculates accordingly.

Maximum payout limits apply on all sports betting markets. Single event payouts are capped at Rs 50,00,000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. betpkr 8 reserves the right to apply lower maximum payouts on specific markets — these are displayed in the market rules before bet confirmation.

Casino games, jackpot slots, and live dealer games on betpkr 8 are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Microgaming, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Evolution Gaming, and others. All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent testing bodies including eCOGRA and GLI.

betpkr 8 is not responsible for software malfunctions that may affect the outcome of a casino game. In the event of a game malfunction — for example, a disconnection during a live dealer session — the round is considered void and your stake is returned.
